Item clearly says "Silverfrost Mountains Heroic Dungeon Daily Quest"

..so why the hell latest dungeons "Cold Storage and Sogun`s Lament" doesnt give it?

 

to collect 300 is allrdy hard enough so why ignore new dungeon of "Silverfrost" ..just because they added later huh?

and if that`s wanted you have to Change item discription ...
