Badly messed up marketplace

I've been having troubles with the marketplace UI and functions since this morning, I believe, because yesterday I bought items without worries. I can open the marketplace, but I cannot for the life of me get anything done once the window is open and I haven't seen anyone talking about a similar issue on faction chat so now I'm concerned. All features are unusable because everything is in text form and it's all overlaping so I can't see any listings or filter what I'm looking to buy (hell, I can't even use the search function properly.) I had a look at the support sections, nothing helped me there because it said I should update Windows (so I tried) but my Windows 10 is up to date. I don't know what to do about this so some help would be appreciated.
