Multislash (2 button ) is probably the skill you do not recognize, it is pretty strong when you do not need to cc enemies (which seems like never).

The boss could be crowd controlled to avoid all of that damage on the ranged players, if only bm had a stun. He called them baddies, when he could have stunned and stopped the event from occuring. He could have used hm block to help them as well. Ive seen a few of this guys youtube videos and he is a good player, this is not one of his better moments though. Or he has no idea how to pug, when you pug you need to pretend the other 5 members of your party are complete idiots and baby sit them through the content.
