How does arena queue works? Also points...

Hello.

 

1st. I just wonder how is queue based in this gane. I've been playing HM6 lock and for 1h i've been getting only Des, Sin, Bm, all around HM1-2 that had no actual idea how to fight me and get rekt in 1 combo. Then i switched to my HM2 KFM and all i've been getting were Lock, Summ and FM all about HM7/HM8, often macro users that i had no chance against. Most FM macro users i couldnt even land 1 kick.  So i realy want to know what makes my kfm get such oponents when my lock get newbies. 

 

Both chars are around 1500 rating (yeah, HM7 and HM8 are all silvers!) right now KFM got something about 40% winratio when lock has ~80% winratio. 

 

2nd question is: How does arena scoring works? I manage to get 6 winstreak on kfm and get ~34pkt in total, i lose 3 fights then and i'm 57pkt down... ... ...
