Horrible Ping issues-help

I am having horrible ping issues and I cant figure out why.  I have a $1200 less than a month old desktop computer.  My internet is 50 mbps and am based out of NW Arkansas.  I have turned down the setting to the minimum and tried all different resolutions. I have even downloaded WTFast and it didnt help at all.  Anyone have similar issues or can help me out here please.  I am loving the game but cant play with this lag and ping.  Here are my computer specs:
