Is anything being done to combat bots?

Looks like bots have a little homecoming party at the Plog Sanctum..

 

Channel #1, they just steal everything. As soon as a mob spawns, it's got 5 bots all over it. Not a chance for an actual player to complete the quest. Is this what GMs and NCsoft support, I must wonder. Did they really build the game so that only bots play it?

 

Even if you move to another channel, the bots are there. At least in Channel 2 they were just standing around, doing nothing. But you can clearly see how huge problem bots are becoming. I've seen more than a few people leave BnS because of it, and unless GMs and Developers do something about bots soon, it's over for the game.

Im from Wildspring server and with Crimson Legion faction. There is a player from opposite faction wich moves very, very fast along the plain fields and kill us. This is unacceptable especially that GameGuard would suppose to ...well, nevermind it didnt do its job obviously.

blade and soul again is getting worst...getting the most lag and players quit lol i cant even find any party anymore..GM thought that the player is getting multiply everyday but its all BOTS lol

bot party for all areas of Silverfrost, plus the same bot sent me friendship and wisp gold selling me all day. Lineage II game and not for the same reasons hoping blade and soul in these things should not happen but I see it is, administrators will be able to do something?.

they don't care about bot's, they just releasing patch after patch to run and grab as much money as possible, it's ncsoft's style, i experienced already this with Aion. U will see they run patch, grab money, and i guess in 1-2 years they will sell Blade and Soul to Gameforge.

My complain: pvp summoners bots and another unfair things (like the cost of upgrade weapons), please do something about this or me , and i think many game clients, will be leaving this game.

I report a lot of bots ingame. I send videos and names to support. These bots are still in the game. This isn't a war, isn't a battle. This is a fail. Tomorrow a new event comeing and after that the new dungeons etc.. Great job. But your team didn't solve the problems just making promises.
I bought a 30 day prem, but when its over i finish the game.  I have an idea. Shut down the servers, fix the problems and start again. Good luck next time

Yes, I know this has been brought up a lot and yes I know you can report people IF you can see their name/click on them but why are speed bots in soul stone plains still a problem? Today I finally had a meteorite fall and I was the only one around to pick it up, I was so happy to finally be able to add to my achievement points ( which are now useful and highly sought after) and lucky me had a summoner bot blink right on top of me making me drop my meteorite and blink away with it cackling. I don't remember NCsoft taking this long to fix the "backstep through" door exploit. Speed hacking is also a breach of player terms and conditions and we've been dealing with this since day one of the 50 patch+. I'm wanting to play the game under the terms and conditions, that I also happen to be paying for, fairly. Do something about it please, this game is getting very grindy and terrible when it comes to FPS during any high population event making players have to grind even more just to be successful in a daily. Do your players a favor and at least let them play without the harassment of those breaking the rules. Soul stone plains is becoming cancer and I'm not very strong in arena PVP so I rely on open world PVP in hopes of earning my soul stones. Had I been attacked by a regular opposing faction player and lost due to their skill I'd be disappointed but let it go, the speed hacking is beyond tolerable. Please Fix it.  :c

Skip to bout 1:55 look at the speed hacker then look at the speed of the crimson lyn carrying an injured soldier, if that's not evidence enough then idk what is. Yes I made a ticket to support and ye I still see this bot around a week later. Yes my ticket got a response almost immediately so ..... what's the deal here? And ye on a medium populated server like Yunwa at PRIME TIME these hackers run around kill an entire group of people and walk away with at least 600 prestige. Basically we're farming prestige for hackers good job guys we're making the gold sellers rich!

I each day see 50+ bots with speed hacks on factions.

Why NC soft can't enter game as GM once in week to check most bot/hack slaces and just ban them with right click?

Your ticket gets an automated response a few min later from whatever support person the ticket gets pushed to (It says the exact same thing every time) followed by an automated email 48 hours later saying that since they havn't heard back from you they concider the matter closed.

 

As for actually bots actually being removed..

The BOTS (ie. the computers playing destroyers and summoners) usually disappear after a few days if enough people get on them.  

 

The SPEEDHACKERS (ie. actual players straight up cheating) don't seem to ever get removed since there is no in-game GM presence to catch/flag them and the support team never seems to be able to find enough evidence to do anything about it.   There are 3 guys on my server that have been blatently speedhacking for over a week after getting reported many times and they are still around farming up them meteors and killing people at the push of a button

There is no other way that EU so full of hacks/bots.

 

And this hide nick name and profile in faction mask 100% don't help to fight hackers.

So good idea to make hide account in game when you can abuse hacks.

LOL I saw like 8++ des bot at F.Basin and 3 or 4 summ bot around that area yesterday, logged on today.....still there ....on mushin server.....lol, as you can see how incompetent NC is at dealing with bots. 

 

Go to bamboo village......bots are everywhere.....new bot is spawning every few min.....its a fking plague.....

Good to see someone that isn't a white knight for ncsoft that has a brain. It very obvious they're terrible at handling bots if they're able to reach endgame with a few HM lvls. Some of them still have outfit from the warlock event meaning they have been there for at least a month.
