BUGGY or broken Launcher!

So every time I get ready to log in and type my password. It never opens the launcher after I push log in. I then have to proceed to keep launching the app until the launcher appears. This required me to keep typing my password over and over. Its very annoying. After it loads me into the game I either get disconnected or later after i stand at a portal for 1 min I enter the portal and hit a loading screen and disconnect. I hate loading screens now.. I only tolerate this games loading screens and disconnects because i love it and I was was waiting on it or years. But seriously when I'm in a dungeon the disconnects with the portals... you just got to fix it I'm missing great loot.
