Help?

Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. So for this fact, everything must have already existed. But what if those laws only came into existence after the Sky Wizard came into consciousness/existence? I use to think humans were the only things to actually create energy, but we only use the energy we borrow from things consumed and soon will vanish, for if you stop eating you quickly lose the willpower, the strength to do anything. People! help. I want to be atheist but both theories of the beginning of the Universe do not make sense, they're confusing and I don't know what to do!

Well you see, I asked this question because I was curious how the Blade and Soul Universe/realm came into existence.
