How to promote clan members ?

When people are online, you press the name of the clan mate under H, there you get a selection of ranks you can promote or demote people for.

 

Remember this though, there can only be one leader, and one adviser in a clan in total

Today I've been promoted to an Advisor in my clan and now have the permission to promote/demote players. The problem is I can't find where to do this I checked pretty much everywhere it should be but still can't find a promote/demote option

I just press on the name ? or on the ... ? when I press the name I only hear a block sound.

Hmm not really. I checked the permissions and I do have access to promote/demote people but nothing pops up after pressing the name of my clan mates.

tried right click? im not in the game right now so cant check it myself

Tried both left and right but all I hear is a thump sound.

8.57 into the clip you can see the clan H, there are a list of icons coming when you hover the mouse curser over those that's online, if you press the symbol with the 3 dots, you should get more options, where one of them should be rank permission
