Question about appearance and soundtrack

Dear people, I have 2 questions for you, and would be thankful if you can help me with those:

 

1st: I was doing Blackram Supply Chain and couldnt find one soundtrack I found there. It starts when you enter the house with that Chef Boss (2nd Boss of Supply Chain).

 

2nd: Let's say I want to keep the appearance of True Siren Sword (the red one). The normal Siren sword is blue. That means I can't use the normal siren one to get it but I have to level another evolution weapon up to True Siren and "sacrifice" it for my main weapon? Does it work? And if yes how do I get another evolution weapon?
