Weird issue :'(

So I just got the game installed and the game ran for a bit.....then my laptop cut off...at first I thought it simply overheated but it happened a second time after I propped it up for ventilation. Any ideas?

Are you sure your laptop meets the game's system requirements?

I believe it does when the game runs it isn't laggy or anything and seems to run good

You could try asking for help at https://support.bladeandsoul.com/ while you wait for another tech savvy player's help here.
You'd probably want to provide a dxdiag info too (Windows Key + R -> Type and enter "dxdiag" -> "Save All Information" button)
