Premium rank reset?

why in the hell would you reset premium ranks?

My premium rank is still at 7. It may be an account issue on your part. You may want to submit a ticket. Premium rank will NEVER reset.

Im having this same problem, before maint; I'm already Rank 10, after maint > it went back to Rank 1 and re-logged > i lost my premium membership benefits and no matter how many times i re-log; my acct is perma non-premium and somewhat showing im at Rank 9. @NCsoft please fix.
