For this error which kick you off the game here a simple tip: before entering a new area, instead of running straight just wait at the entrance 20s.

The next map will have time to be loaded and you won't be kicked due to latency.

Yep,

 

But you must be in the lobby. So u can walk quietly to the portal entrance. If you join a ongoing party the disconnect may occur.

 

I encountered this pb on the very first dungeon and since I did that no pb at all (it just a little bit boring when you want to farm an instance for an outfit)

The thing is that my loading time is also veeery long. If i wait in front of the portal to area.. it's often the case i'll miss one or two objectives like Chuanka Frost cavern (resuce trapped Villager)

 

and sometime.. waiting does not work T-T

Maybe it's a mix problem, I mean did you already check if your pc can be tuned (free RAM, etc)? Even a little bit sometimes it count.
