any class that can counter blade dancer?

Any class which is played with a player that has a brain can bead a blade dancer in current and in future patches.

 

(Might sound rude a bit but thats how it is, there is no spcific counter for the classes, each can beat eachother if played right)

That's is where i have to disagree with you Grimoir. The class system here is a game of rock, paper, and scissor. A good BM will always beat a good FM. A good WL will always beat a good dest. A good Sin will always beat a good KFM. That's how it is.

 

As for BDs (cancer), I don't kno which class hard counters them.

BD has the utility to beat every class especially because of force grab and their spin. The class that would counter them would be the one with the most knock downs spin stops. That would mean their worst match ups would be blade masters and a well played force master, not the bad ones.

It's funny that BD is actually the only class which has no real counter. 

Like written already a good BM or FM can have a very little advantage but they are nowhere near a counter class. 

 

That doesn't mean a BD can't be beaten by any class (because every class can beat a BD) but there is no class which has a advantage over it but BD itself has advantages against many other classes.

BD has no counter why do you think everyone has re-rolled to it. Even the Korean tourny was all BD and one FM some sins (hide and poison). People who talk about BD being easy to counter or kill able just plain don't know what their talking about.

Maybe at some point in the future BM could (hoping hm soaring falcon will make this match up better), but I dont see how currently. A BD has to make SO many mistakes to lose vs bm and I have no idea about the fm matchup.

Well yeah BDs got the best kit in the game b/c they have a combination of BM's skills and FM's grab, with their own skills unique to them. Which is why they are low ceiling skill class that doesn't deserve a praise. Takes little to no effort to play that class that has the kit to cover basically everything.

 

I mean, come on, BDs has access to BM's HM block as well. They have enough resist as it is with their own resist skills that only exclusive to them. Makes me wonder what's so unique about BM's anyway (besides them blocking when they on the floor) when BD's has half the kit of BM's skills plus their own kit?

Please, BD has almost no CC in comparison to BM nor any good chi dumping abilities during any CC that isn't draw stance stuns. Lets play a game called count the CC, both BM and BD have a knockdown at 5 meter range but what's this BM has 18 compared to 30 second cooldown plus a 50% slow for 8 seconds with 3% healed. BM and BD both have the same knockdown kick but what's this, BM kick can also stun people defending instead of knockdown and get a bleed stack. BM and BD both have the same 2 second stun per 30 seconds, but what's this BM stun disables charge skills for 6 seconds. BM and BD both have the same grab escape knockback into knockdown, but what's this, BM can be activated when not grabbed at any time. Now for the not same shit, BD has a knockdown giving up it's focus regen, a 2 second stun only in draw stance on the same cooldown as escape, a skill that knockdowns people defending while already knockdown, a 36 second cooldown that pulls and dazes and a grab per 24 seconds that ends in a daze if not countered(but also only if he waits another 6 seconds to grab again). BM has a 45 second cooldown stun, 9 second cooldown knockback, 3 second daze per 45, a soon to be 24-1 minute cooldown pull and daze/stun, defense ignoring 24 second cooldown 3 second daze and a 2 second daze per minute. Both naturally having the same daze into knockup.

 

So a BD has a max of 4 knockdowns, 2 stuns, 2 dazes with 1 grab. BM has a max of 3 knockdowns(can be 4), 4 stuns and 3 dazes. Now if they run the invulnerability build BD has usually only 2-3 knockdowns, 2 stuns, 1 daze and 1 grab. BM still has 3 knockdowns, 3 stuns soon to be 4 and 3 dazes. Then they have more damage during those with their animation cancel while BD needs HM Sunder the most expensive HM ATM to even abuse their knockdowns and their big bulk of damage comes from the 1 stun with the cooldown of every classes escape, naturally they do nearly the same aerial damage the only difference being .4-.8 damage higher for BD and 4.25 higher against classes without block.

 

Also let's add up the time you would be CC'd if all CC hit. BD with all CC, 4 seconds of stun, 10 seconds of knockdown, 4 seconds of daze. BM, 9 seconds of stun, 5 seconds of knockdown, 8 seconds of daze.

BD does have counter.  i was a diamond BD preseason and high plat now. good FM will completely destroy a BD no matter how you tried (talking the ones with HM Block).

 

and a good kfm with blue buff will wrecks a LBD. (Got killed by EU #1 KFM this way preseason several matches in a row), 100-0 me with just Z and C (2 CC and i kept my tab until he used Tremor)

It´s funny that currently i´m more and more tending to actually almost tell people the matchup is sin favoured with confidence, because it´s one of the classes where, at currently low´ish plat, together with kfm and bm i ABSOLUTELY feed on! (was also diamond last season if that matters, it´s pretty much the same as plat now if you look at the rankings tbh)

U forgot to mentioned the immunities u have the shield u have right? ...um also if someone dont counter ur blade mark during grab its gg hehe

Again that is the invulnerability build with a maximum of 10 seconds of invulnerability per 36 seconds, the one with almost no CC, if you attack 5 times instantly for Z it's more like 6 or 7. Yeah sure if you don't counter you might be screwed, but it's extremely easy to counter and when you do you just hit him with a CC for a second that can't be escaped from as a BM. I personally never even use it because the risks are too high in high tier, it's based off the person who was grabbed skills not your own for any success or failure.

Well, first of all, your air combos are very easy to get into and it does significantly more damage than a Bms.

"BM kick can also stun people defending instead of knockdown and get a bleed stack"-- that was the old patch, new patch they took out that additional stat and made it into a seperate tree where it's not even a knockdown anymore but a stun. It's basically a nerf, since using x(stun) is really bad compared to x(kd).

"then they have more damage during those with their animation cancel"-- now this is where you go overboard and into the sea of madness...first of all, in pvp bm's will almost never anicancel since their flicker is set to stun and its too chi dependent and can eat up the chi necessary for the cc in their stun lock rotations. the only spam rmb, whereas lbds actually use a very effective anicancel with much more burst than a bm's rmb spam. lbds have noticeably more burst than bms, it's just bms have more cc and sustained dmg.

Come on, let's be realistic here. No one is ever going to stand still and let you unload your entire cc kit onto them. Lol. Asides from all this, I really don't know why you're trying to support LBDs as having an underpowered kit compared to a BM...Is this what its come to?

The *cricket* are you talking about, Boot they removed its ability to stun people casting spells with cast bars. It still stuns on form 1 on defending targets, even on the ground, who the *cricket* uses form 2. BM and BD have the exact same ways to aerial, BD does .4 more damage per hit with Five Point Strike and .4 with Take Flight, only way BD has better is HM Vortex parry resetting cooldown which most people don't even have and Maelstrom is still better, BM also has more ways to CC so they can launch easier.

 

You can animation cancel with HM LMB, BDs only animation cancel is on the same cooldown as every classes escape ability, BM can do it at any time. BD burst is completely negated by decent players.

 

People without escape are going to sit there and let you load your entire CC kit into them, BM has 100 to 0, BD does not besides people failing to counter soul stab and then having already wasted escape on a knockdown or some shit. This is not the 45 patch anymore BM has a better kit than BD and as soon as they get HM Z they will be top tier.

lol any one who knows a BD's skill set and has good ping on any class can wreck them, I've seen sins who can hard counter every CC thrown at them by a BD same for BM's(but rare), WL and FM are by far the worst matches for a BD. I used to be plat but quit because bots/hackers ping FPS drops ect all mean more then skill and that goes for any class, if you can't even use "f" or "2" to escape in arena but can use them almost 100% of the time on server then something is *cricket*ed up. 

 

BD has a really simple skill set to use but that also makes it simple to read and counter if you know what skills a BD is likely to use as openers and time your counters/attacks you can make a BD a dead mess on the floor for little to no damage. I've seen KFM who can time their attacks between parry spins to get you into a aerial stun lock combo and 100-0 you in seconds with no reply... WL can if used right root/KD and burst you dead before you can get up. FM can keep rooting you and block your falcon and you are dead...any player that knows how to stop a BD's falcon and stare them of focus can kill them with ease.

 

So yeah IMHO when played right WL(burst kill) KFM (perfect aerial 100-0 combo) and FM(root + focus starving) all hard counter LBD... now if they took out the auto aim/aim assistance this would be a game of skill =P as it right now it's like a pretty version of street fighter.
