profile picture bug

i have tried to change my profile picture serval times but i always get *failed to upload the photo*
same thing if u would upload a new one
i have even asked a friend to try it and got same prob
plz take a look at it :)

there has been around 20+ same posts about this about this already including official mod msg that it has been disabled cuz ppl used inappropriate pictures.
