Can't launch game

Every time I click on play now to try to launch the game I get a "The game client encountered an error while running. Shutting down the game client. (4049)" message. Help?!

Same here, I was able to log on earlier today. Don't know what happened.

I can make my character but after that it always crashes after that I can't get anywhere without it crashing and that was only once now it crashes every time I enter the ping or click accept
