Sparkfear
Have you updated your drivers to windows 10 drivers instead of them still being on windows 7?

Urbanops
The only lag issues that I have heard of and experienced was caused by the Asus Game First program. In my case I had to set it to not start up automatically when logging to the OS. Hope this helps

Grimoir
When upgrading to windows 10 all your system drivers get replaced with windows generic drivers. They can display as the original ones but are still only generic. You need to re-install (not update) your drivers, after that try a directx install. After you did that and still experience the issues, add the entire game folder as exception to windows defender and your antivirus. (sometimes defender keeps scanning the folder and that affects gameplay, had that with a few other games) Also note: after you have windows 10, with every bigger patch for windows 10 you will need to do the same with the drivers.
