Paypal problem

Hello, im new in this game and today i bought membership premium on my account with paypal, i enter on my account but is not activated, i check my paypal account and transaction is not there, posible bug?

In transaction history on my account the transaction figured as "completed", but no in paypal.

Welcome to the game! NCSoft doesn't fix anything and their support is atrocious. 

 

If there hasn't been a charge on your Paypal account an hour after you made the charge then do the following:

 

1. Cancel your subscription for Blade and Soul

2. Go back through and sign up for the subscription again but this time choose credit card

3. Complete the transaction

4. Login to the game and verify your subscription. It should be instant.
