near constant crashes when porting to another map

As the title says i keep crashing (as do many others) when you port to a new map. It might not happen each port but a lot of them you will crash before you fully load into the new zone. This is happening with me and at least two of my guild members on a near constant bases (as in for every 1-2 ports you do at least 1 will crash then after you crash the first time almost all will crash.

 

Forgot to add: this has been happening since last week's maintenance and seems to be getting worse. I've done 5 ports today so far only one has not made me crash (or windstrides what ever you want to call it). My friend crashed three times today when going from one area to another (first it was from harbor to frost basin then twice when going to silverfrost mountains.)
