Did the ranking system change? Theres only 2 diamonds in the whole region. Just seems a bit awkward.

Summoner god bots everywhere = less people want to do arena = less rating inflation.

The infamous destroyer bots have less reason to do arena as the dragon certificates are far more difficult to get than pre-patch. Population in general has also diminished, (Ha, just) as (I) expected.

I don't think it's generally less population, more that there's no more destroyer bots to inflate the rankings.

The destroyer bots gave everyone atleast +100-200 elo. Which means current plat = last season diamond. Current gold = last season plat etc more or less.
