Chat broken only work /s

/f /z /g /p , Cross server party finder and some times market place dont work too, it's happen only when i use vpn server, test on wtfast, noping and fastertunnel and all buged any know the solution?:

I'm having an extremely similar problem. I could type whatever I was trying to say into chat, but when I would send it---nothing would happen. No errors, no sent message---people were getting really confused. It caused major problems when I was working with a temporary party, as no one knew what to do because we couldn't communicate. The only thing that I managed to get working was "whisper" functions to players who had whispered me first. I tried doing a bit of research before submitting a report about it--but nothing I found really helped, or it was all old information and didn't pertain to whatever had be done to the systems NOW. I hope they get it worked out, or it's going to make things harder on us in the end.

I have the same problem since yesterday. I have tried to repair files, reboot game and compuater. It is very annoying. Also I sent ncsoft mails for solving the problem. What they suggeset me to do is just repair file ore reinstall the game. But I do not think it will help because I have tried in my 2nd computer also. But even maintain did not fix this problem, I do not think the problem will be fixed soon.

This has been happening to me a lot. I loose all chat functions. We need a reload ui command

I just had an instance of this happen as well. Faction and region chat just don't show/work for me. Thankfully, switching characters seems to do the trick, but...it doesn't bode well when the chat function can just randomly stop working.
