New Player -Getting Disconnected all the time!

Hey guys I just downloaded the game, every time I login with my character I get disconnected almost immediately. Can't even complete the first step of the tutorial.

Done everything, disabled all the Razer stuff, closed Synapse, don't have the ASUS service. What should I do?!
