1000 error and game load

my game takes forever to load up from the launcher and when the symbol shows to also when i do ghet into the game i try to connect and show error to connect to server disconnected 1000...

ive been waiting forever to play and if i dont get to play ill be really upset mod please help

Same error, i reset router, quit firewall, but problem persist
