NC coin purchase question

Hi, I purchased a small amount of coin today and was wondering if the transaction should show on your account. I got an email saying that it is pending but when I go into NC account and click transaction history, nothing shows? Shouldn't it at least show that the purchase has been made (with the words pending to the right of it)? Or when the purchase is pending, it shouldn't show up in your transaction history at all? Thank you!!
