Non existent arena rank

Alright so, since the last maintenance, my arena ranking has not been updated. For example, I play warlock. My 1's ranking is 1704, meaning i should be among the top 50 warlocks, BUT my ranking is "Not ranked". Does anyone know what this is about? I already contacted support and they gave no help whatsoever, like always.

nobody cares about ranking since it is driven by bots and hackers
