No people finding!

I wanted to add my brother in my friends but the game says he doesnt exist... I tried than to search better his name and he was actually the one i wrote. We are in the same Europe server, in the same city and place and in the same channel but i dont see him... why?...... NO is not ctrl-f tryed many times and isn't.

I resolved everything i was just stupid... my brother put the wrong server and this is why we weren't finding. I'm sorry for the temporary issue.
