blackwidow chroma doesn't revert back to normal after exiting game

First, when exiting the game, my blackwidow chroma does not revert back to my lighting profile. I can use my FN+[number] keys to switch around profiles, but the colours do not go back to what it is supposed to be. It appears to be stuck with the BnS custom lights. 

 

Second, when in game, I understand that BnS has it's own chroma app setting to use its colours instead. That's nice and I like it. But it does not seem to be working as intended. After a little bit of playing the game, the lights get fixed/stuck in a certain way. And it remains that way even after I exit the game. Which brings me back to the first issue.
