anybody can help me..how to fix this log, delay, etc...when attacking mobs or boss, dungeon..its so log

our internet connect was PLDT HOME FIBER PHILLIPINES..

PC SPECS

AMD A6 6400k 3.9

Mobo - MSI a68HM

Ram - 4GB ddr3

VC - OnBoard 2gb

anybody,,can suggest how to fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
