Question about using flock of blades ~

For both pvp and pve, flock of blades allows you to use your maximum burst rotation. It gives you huge focus regeneration and it's V skill also regenerates focus if it hits an enemy. It can be specced for an aoe knockback on activation and to break enemy grabs (destro, lbd, fm, kfm in pvp).

Blade Call is a huge AoE burst, but it has a 5 second delay. In pvp you need to cc the enemy to get the damage. Otherwise it is identical to flock of blades.

Both skills activate the flock of blades stance, which replace your ZXCV skills with new ones. These do not share cooldown with the original skills.

Z throws a projectile at the enemy and ends flock of blades stance.

X in basic stance gives you a shield which blocks all projectile attacks. Z in draw stance inflicts damage multiple times on your enemy.

C creates a small aoe which frequently damages enemies in it. It can be specced to be a ranged daze attack.

V summons some blades around you, which damage enemies frequently and recover focus.

In pve (dungeons) you open the fight with blade call to generate as much thread as you can (most people want bm to play as a tank), so the ranged damage dealers don't end up kiting the boss through the room.

In pvp it is your main burst combo. It allows you to use way more skills in draw stance than usual. Combine this with a CC chain and you can 100-0 enemies with escape skill on cd.

How about the lightning kind of skill which damage continuously . . . the skill where there are 6-7 sword on the floor creating a small lightning field. Which skill is that? It is the C?

Flock of Blades / Blade Call, puts you in the special stance for 12 secs, unless you cancel it forcefully using Z.
Basically, Flock of Blades and Blade Call are the initial attack to use to switch to that special stance (soulblades stance ?).
That special stance will be the same, if you use Flock of Blades or Blade Call.

Something to add to what has been said previously is :
X in Draw Stance + Special Stance, it damages the enemy 3 times, but put a debuff that increases your Honed Slash / Dragontongue (RMB in Draw Stance) damage
The AoE you refer to, is Lightning Draw T5F2 (4), a HongMoon Skill.

The T3F2 also did the same thing right? This is all new to me --'. It is hard to use flock of blades. I only use X and V when in special stance especially X. Blade storm is cool too. It is hard to see incoming attacks when in the special stance though, I only saw blade flying around hahaha.

Nope, only T5F2 of Lightning Draw leaves 6 blades on the ground, creating a lightning field, and the first hit will shows as a hexagram.
You can increase the zoom out distance in the options, that may help you.
You should use C in Special Stance, for some good AoE damage.
For PvE, I use Blade Call T2F2, for the damage.

Really? It is easy to obtain that Hongmoon skill? without using any money?

Atm you can get it from a lvl 45 dungeon if you're lucky.
Or buy it from the achievement vendor, it requires 1250 achievement pts to allow you to buy it and some other items.
Or buy it from market, but it's quite expensive.
Note, that BM Hongmoon skills are so much more devastating than normal version ^_^.
