anyone can teach me how to iframe all the 6 aoe of the nightmare skill?

With ice sheath:

SS -> (Party) Ice sheath for the first three [depends on ice sheath timing. if it gets cast early, activate ice sheath for the first 2 hits and SS the last hit]

SS -> Z for the last three [replace SS with 1->F specced for resist if above scenario happens]

 

Without ice sheath:

SS -> Z

SS -> C [take the hit and get back up asap] -> 1F

only replace the second rotation with SS- > get hit > 2
