Our friendly team of GMs has decided my issue isn't worth their time and, in an attempt to blow me off, asked that I post about it on the forums instead. Of course, according to the forum rules I'm not actually allowed to discuss the issue or the multiple GMs entirely unsatisfactory response to it. So, NC, here's my suggestion: I suggest someone whose had their morning coffee take a look at ticket 5702989.
