Equipment Management Crash

Sometimes when I shift -> left-click an item and then switch between the "Preview" and "Evolve" tabs, the game will instantly crash. This seems to happen more often if I've set the item on the 'Preview' tab, open it after a while and then switch to the 'Evolve' tab. This doesn't always happen however so I don't know how to replicate the issue and it seems inconsistent. I've had this happen several times now over the course of a few weeks and I feel it may be time to report it as an issue.
