Today's Update/Patch

Yesterday I had 0 issues with ping/lag. Today, I updated my client to the current patch and now my ping sky rocketed up too 200+ when my average ping was around 80ish, if not less. I'm located in NY and my ping is actually less on the EU server now than the server in Dallas, NY. Don't know what the hell happened, but is anyone else having this issue?

 

Forgot to also add that I've run a speed test and everything on my end is perfectly fine still. It is only the ping to the Dallas, NY server.
