14 crashes in a day

first of all, yes, i don't meet the min requirements, but doesn't mean i wasn't able to play the game normally before, never had any crash issue in korean server neither russian private server, this is clearly an issue related with na, and exclusively with na, nothing more, fix the game already *cricket* it, and the stuttering is horrible, oh and by the way, most of these crashes happened in the loading screen, so that means it has nothing to do with my machine specs, is about the game
