i've been explained situation and assure to everybody procedures is being taking to help them

just write this to the support and they will have a look at this

 

Some time ago there got a lot of ppl their accounts banned and they got them back.

It's not that simple to just contact them blalaalalal and then they unlock the account

this is a systemati mistake which must be corrected! as it happend more than once

Nobody in the forum can help to bring your account back or change the system behind the account-banning

I did get such message also one day and contacted the support explaining the situation. 6-8 hours later I got message that they had unbanned my account and here I am again happily playing. They will not look into your account if you do not send them ticket. There are TONS of accounts and they won't check every single one of them if they banned someone for correct reason or not. And as Elmala stated, they will not do anything regarding your account if you only post it to forums.
