How to get better Fps in SSP?

Hello i have a easy question for IT guys. Here is my pc:

Procesor, AMD A10 - 7850 R7, 12 CC 4C + 8G

Graphic card: AMD Radeon R9 200S

Ram: 8 gb

 

What I need to get beeter if i want about 35-45 fps in soulstone plains when fighting. Actually i have about 15.
