Environment keeps loading

Since last week update, I noticed that the game has become very "jerky".  The environment, e.g. tree, shrubberies and rocks, keeps loading itself.  For example if I am walking down the road, some the shrubberies on the sides will appear, then disappear and then reappear again and again.  It makes the running of the game very jerky.

 

I have not touched the settings since launch and have no major update or work done to my computer or the system at all.

 

I have tuned down graphics but the problem persists.

happens to me same. do a nice run in dungeon and get stuck in nothing only to see 1 sec later load a box or something like that. move 1 m back it dissapears, move forward it appears. magic 8D (idk what they did with this patch but it isnt fun -.-)
