Character info not updating?

My character info screen ( when you click on a name) is not updating. As of two days ago its been stuck on the same gear.. This is affecting my ability get a party because when it froze I had a weapon I just use in the arena and not for pve. I contacted support and have not received help..

 

has anyone else had this issue, and if so were you able to come across a solution?

I thought it was just me that was bugged but yea I cant see results of any changes I make to my character or even what costume they are wearing.  Wut up?

update:

bump for no solution. I sent this to support and they told me repair my files, obviously not going to work but I did it anyways just to confirm it is not a solution. Anyways this is a really annoying bug that needs to be taken care of

Can confirm, Character Info page absolutely not updating. Just happened to notice today when my toon ranked up and the character page still had me as "Recruit".

 

Faction tab on Profile window correctly shows me as "Specialist"

I can confirm too. If you create a new character and check the character info, the info is not there at all. This clearly shows that the character information is not updating at all. As a result, I can't even send my two set of outfits to my newly created Yun Blade Master.

 

You will get this if you created a new character:

 

It has been three days since I created my Blade Master.

Sama problem here i always kick on the party becuz its show wrong stats of mine is been 5days since i get this bug.. anybody know how to fix it pls!!!

Does your character name contain weird symbols? Just wondering because it could be part of the reason for the bug.

Almost everyone I have met who has upgraded in the last couple of days has not had character info updated. My info is also not updated but 426 to 444 is no huge deal. However, saw a poor soul at 231 in purple 50 dungeons... I was not impressed. Then realized he probably just finished leveling and it is showing his old gear. I mean, nobody shows up in awakened infernal in 50 content, right?

It is the same for me. My info won't update. I sent a ticket. Support ask me to repair file but it didnt help. Waiting for patch before sending another ticket

Yep would be highly appreciated if it gets updated. Kept getting kick because people think I'm still 485ap when I'm already at 511ap and I couldn't join any 4man purples x3
