Bought NCOINs, Processing page stucked..

Bought 1.6k NCOINs using VISA, already sent me notification that its been deducted from my credit card but its been like 8~10 hrs, I left the "Processing Your Request" page at home and now that I came back, its still been there and no NCOINs in my in-game acct. This hasn't happened to me before, because when I use to pay for my Premium the processing page took like seconds and got the NCOINs immediately. I did submit ticket but still no response.
