Did anyone ever got his account back after being hacked

Hi, I recently decided to get back to the game but sadly, I discovered that my account got hacked, so I obviously made a ticket, but it's been 2 days and even though I gave them everything, my characters names, my serial key for some purchases I made, my credit card info, etc. All they're been doing is asking me question i've already answering, such as "have you changed your email". Is my cause lost ?

 

At that point, i'm really just wondering if anyone ever got his account back after being hacked.
