Cleave Mastery

I can't find it anywhere, how do I unlock it?

 

Also, Hurricane T3F1 has a blue spin indicating the 5m upgrade on T4F1, but it's supposed to be 3m. Is this a bug?

I was fixing to post the same thing. Usually the game wont list a achievement under the skill unless it can be obtained with current content but cleave has one anyways so it should be obtainable.

The skills were implemented recently.

- Chilling Elixir gives Cleave mastery (Combine Asura ember with frozen lamentation stone)

- Hongmoon secret technique gives Hurricane (Give 300 reclaimed secret technique to achievement vendor)
