Hi, i would like to know if it's normal that you have to add the security code from email everytime you log in the game, even if you check the 'remember ip' button. It's kind of annoying.

Probably your IP is dynamic so you need to add it everytime. Usually IP is renewed every 24 hours and if still available your old one is assigned. Besides I suggest you to delete old ones from the list on your profile panel.

yeah i checked and it is. can this be fixed in any way?

It depends on your internet provider...some give you possibility to get a static IP but usually it's more expensive and linked to business profiles. Otherwise you may just hope to get the same IP when renewed.
