[Tip] Game not loading Fix

If you are one of the unfortunate people who has a client that won't launch after pressing the "Game Start" button then this should help you. It may be a lengthy process depending on your internet connection. However, This is the most sure fire method to fixing the issue at had. Now for the steps to fix said issue.

 

1) Uninstall the game and NCLauncher from your computer.

    ---  This can be done by going into your Programs and Features section of your Control Panel. After Uninstalling remove the folders from your File Explorer.

 

2) Go int Regedit and search for anything related to NCSoft. Anything NCSoft related to Blade & Soul delete. Pay attention especially if you have other NCSoft games as you don't want to delete those. (Only use if you feel comfortable messing with the registry)

  ----  Program is regedit.exe and under the Windows folder in File Explorer

   ---  Use the Find feature (Ctrl + F) under Edit drop down menu. Hit F3 to speed the search process up.

 

3) After the above steps are finished restart your PC.

 

4) Head to Blade & Soul website and download the  BnS_Lite_Installer.exe  file again.

 

5) Once downloaded reinstall from BnS_Lite_Installer.exe  and choose 'Yes' for everything as the only other thing it installs is the NCLauncher along with Blade & Soul.

 

 

These steps while a long process (mainly reinstalling) it is the most efficient method to getting the game working again. Feel free to message my inbox or post in this thread if you need help with this process.
