Game won't start.Wee need help

After typing my password on the launcher and clicker PLAY, the game simply will not start... The process Client.exe runs but there's no splash screen (the dragons) on my desktop, nothing...

I have followed all directions from B&S Support and Game Guard still closes the client rather than launching the game. WTF??

Okay so what kinda worked for me is I restarted my comp and didn't open a single program except for skype and it allowed me to sign in. So gameguard is seeing some program as a problem and blocking people from playing. Might wanta try that. It's a bandaid but something is better then nothing.
