Soulburn wings animation missing

First noticed this a week or so ago that the wings on players in my party have disappeared. I still see the changed black outfit but no shiny wings. I still see the wings on my own character.

 

I usually play at max video settings but have tried tweaking the "sfx for other players" up and down and it doesn't fix it. Also asked others in groups whether they could see all wings and they said yes, so appears to be an issue my end.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or knows of a fix. It's only a small detail but I miss it being a warlock. It looks pretty damn cool when everyone has their wings showing :D
