cant install the game pls help

YO guys i cant install the game= when i got to bns web site download and i downaload that ncsoft laucner or bns what ever it call that install me ncsoft launcher and bns then i go to destop and open the bns icon but its nothing show just clean destop and when i go to bns floder i see only 95 MB its downloaded and then cant go future doesnt not open me the next step to download the game any 1 have any cluse how can i play the game when Bns dont let u download it ? pls help
