Emberstomp T5S3

I'm sure there are a lot of threads regarding this! I personally would like to know a little more about it.

 

As it says, 20% damage increase Wrath and crusher move, so a few questions that pop in my mind is :

 

- Does it last during the duration of emberstomp?

- Do I have to be within the range of my emberstomp to get the buff?

- Is it a huge increase in terms of damage in both PVP and PVE?

- Which set of skills coincide with the buff?
