I can't download it ?!

So I had this game for about a month it worked perfectly for the first 2 weeks. It then began crashing and saying disconnected from the server and stuff like that. I read some forums that said to re download it. i did this a few times for the game kept disconnecting me to point where I deleted it and tried to re download it. This time its saying, Error-1612 The installation for this product is unavailable. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. Can someone tell me what this means and why I cant download bns? I really want to play. Thank you :). (btw I have windows 7)
