Just wanted to inform that I have met this weird random damage bug when entering Pigsty while having the main quest line accepted. It won't let you fall down from the hole but suddenly it makes you get nearly enough damage to kill you. I survived it with 1 HP! I don't think a dungeon entrance should do this.
