Frostscale basin prereq quests

The only daily I can get right now for frostscale basin is to kill the boss 3 times.  My guildmates say there are 2 others but I don't see them.  One for killing 100 mobs and something else.  Are there prereq quests for these?  I didn't do very many of the blue quests in this region.  Or is there something else I am missing?
